on the right path.
i walked in the door around 7 o’clock last night.
with food on my mind & a whole list of housekeeping duties to accomplish,
i picked up bentley as she was attached to my left leg.
we walked onto the brazilian cherry wood floor into the kitchen where i was greeted by a paper-grading teacher & a bag full of girl scout cookies.
the cookies were calling my name but my attention...

it started with a cup of a coffee, a little bit of Almond Joy creamer, & the top half of a dunkin donut maple-frosted donut.
then, there was an emotional sermon where the minister insisted, “you are beautiful, you are beautiful, you are beautiful!” after the third declaration, it finally set in.
