simple pleasure.
daily outfit: the “this tunic reminds of me of the time i was in Chicago & met some of my favorite bloggers IRL” edition.
sometimes, i can’t believe that a few months ago, i was up in Chicago gossiping & gabbing over a delicious brunch with some of the prettiest & wittiest girls in all the land.
& that’s when i feel real fortunate that i have this freaky memory that automatically connects life happenings to pieces of clothing.
case in point, this silky Amanda Uprichard neon pink, feather printed tunic.
with just one quick glance, the memories start flooding my mind.
i could tell you all about wearing it during the two-person presentation i gave in my Romantics class at K-State,
or the time i wore it out to lunch paired up with skinny blue cords & tall brown Frye boots,
or the aforementioned brunch outting up in Chicago where I took the opportunity to get photos snapped with both Emily & Alishan.
i’m not sure why my brain naturally connects clothing to memories,
but i’ve never objected to the randomness & obscure talent (?) that occasionally freaks people out….not one bit!
